For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for:

📦 Order Tracking & Freight Updates
Once your order ships:
You’ll receive tracking info or freight booking details via email.
For large-volume or freight shipments, we will also provide the BOL (Bill of Lading) and estimated arrival schedule.

❗ Delivery Delays & Liability
NXTHAUL WHOLESALE is not liable for delivery delays caused by:
Customs inspections
Carrier issues or strikes
Extreme weather or force majeure events
Inaccurate shipping details provided at checkout
Once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk pass to the buyer, in accordance with selected Incoterms. Please inspect shipments upon delivery and notify us immediately of any damages or shortages.
🔄 Split Shipments
For large or mixed-SKU orders, we may split your shipment into multiple consignments for logistical efficiency. You’ll be notified of any such arrangements in advance.
