Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused, unworn, and unassembled
  • In its original packaging with all components
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you:
  • A return shipping label
  • Detailed return instructions
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for the following:
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Flammable or hazardous materials
  • Sale items and gift cards
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.
🔁 Exchanges
If you need a different item, we recommend completing your return first. Once approved, you can place a new order separately.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, no reason required. The item must be in its original, unused condition with packaging and proof of purchase.

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
