NXTHAUL Import & Export Management LLC (“NXTHAUL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides international trade support services, including verification, transaction oversight, and coordination. We do not own, sell, manufacture, or transport goods, nor do we act as a freight forwarder or carrier.
This Shipping & Freight Policy applies only to clients enrolled in NXTHAUL’s 360 Solution Package, where shipping coordination and oversight form part of the agreed scope of services.
Under the 360 Solution Package, NXTHAUL may assist with:
Coordinating freight arrangements
Reviewing and aligning shipping terms
Overseeing documentation related to shipment
Supporting communication between clients, suppliers, and logistics providers
NXTHAUL does not physically handle cargo or assume responsibility for transportation.
NXTHAUL supports transactions structured under Incoterms® 2010 and 2020, including but not limited to:
EXW (Ex Works) – Goods made available at the supplier’s premises
FOB (Free On Board) – Goods delivered to the port of export
CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) – Freight and insurance arranged to the destination port
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – Delivery coordinated to final destination, including duties where contractually agreed
The applicable Incoterm is agreed in writing between buyer and seller and reflected in the relevant commercial documentation. NXTHAUL’s role is limited to guidance, review, and oversight.
Depending on transaction structure, destination, and urgency, freight may be arranged via:
Air freight
Sea freight
Rail freight
Courier or express services (for samples or documents)
NXTHAUL works only with verified logistics providers, but does not guarantee carrier performance or transit times.
NXTHAUL may assist with coordinating or reviewing standard shipping documents, which may include:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading or Air Waybill
Certificate of Origin (where required)
Inspection or quality documentation (if applicable)
Clients remain responsible for ensuring all import permits, licenses, and destination-specific requirements are in place.
Where insurance is included under the agreed Incoterm (such as CIF or DDP), coverage is arranged through third-party insurers.
Where insurance is not included:
Clients may request assistance arranging coverage, or
Clients may secure insurance independently
NXTHAUL does not underwrite or insure cargo.
Estimated delivery timelines depend on production schedules, routing, and carrier performance. Typical transit estimates are:
Air Freight: 5–10 business days
Sea Freight: 25–40 business days
Rail Freight: 15–25 business days
All timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
NXTHAUL may assist with reviewing export documentation for compliance with origin regulations.
Unless DDP terms are expressly agreed in writing:
Import duties, VAT, taxes, and destination clearance charges remain the responsibility of the buyer
NXTHAUL does not act as importer of record
NXTHAUL is not liable for delays or losses resulting from:
Carrier or port congestion
Customs inspections or holds
Natural disasters, strikes, political events, or force majeure
Third-party logistics failures
Where delays occur, NXTHAUL will assist in communication and coordination, but cannot control outcomes.
NXTHAUL’s role is limited to oversight and coordination. We are not responsible for:
Carrier performance
Cargo loss or damage
Customs decisions
Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers or logistics providers
Responsibility lies with the parties contractually responsible for transport and delivery.

The applicable Engagement Agreement
The agreed transaction structure and Incoterms
In case of conflict, the written engagement agreement prevails.
