This policy outlines how freight, documentation, and logistics are managed for all orders shipped from China.
NXTHAUL supports all Incoterms 2010 and 2020 delivery standards, including:
EXW (Ex Works) – Buyer arranges pickup from our designated warehouse or factory.
FOB (Free On Board) – NXTHAUL delivers goods to the port and manages export clearance.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) – NXTHAUL covers freight and insurance to the destination port.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – NXTHAUL handles the full process, including customs clearance and delivery to the buyer’s address.
Each shipment’s terms are defined and agreed upon in the official Sales Contract and Proforma Invoice (PI).
We offer multiple transport options depending on order size, destination, and urgency:
Air Freight: Fast, ideal for smaller or time-sensitive shipments.
Sea Freight: Cost-effective for large or bulk orders.
Rail Freight: Suitable for intercontinental trade within Eurasian corridors.
Courier Express: Used for small samples or urgent documentation.
NXTHAUL works with trusted global carriers and freight forwarders to ensure dependable and timely delivery.
All exports include standard documentation, such as:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading or Air Waybill
Certificate of Origin (if required)
Inspection or Quality Certificate (upon request)
Clients are responsible for ensuring import permits or additional destination-specific documents are in place.
Under CIF or DDP terms, NXTHAUL includes comprehensive cargo insurance coverage.
For other terms, clients may request insurance through NXTHAUL or arrange it independently.
Delivery times depend on product category, production schedule, and selected freight method.
Average lead times are as follows:
Air Freight: 5–10 business days
Sea Freight: 25–40 business days
Rail Freight: 15–25 business days
NXTHAUL will provide an estimated delivery timeline in each quotation or order confirmation.
All customs documentation is prepared in compliance with Chinese export regulations.
Import duties, VAT, and local taxes at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer, unless DDP terms are agreed upon.
NXTHAUL is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, port congestion, strikes, political unrest, or carrier disruptions.
We commit to keeping all clients informed promptly of any such delays.
