Quality Assurance & Inspection Policy

1. Overview

At NXTHAUL Import & Export Co., Ltd, quality assurance is central to our operations.
We work exclusively with verified manufacturers and implement multi-stage inspection procedures to ensure every product meets the client’s specifications and international standards.

2. Supplier Qualification

Before production begins, all manufacturers must pass NXTHAUL’s verification process, which includes:

• Factory capability and compliance checks

• Certification review (ISO, CE, FDA, RoHS, etc.)

• Sample evaluation and product testing

• Performance and reliability history assessment

Only verified suppliers are approved for ongoing business cooperation.

3. Inspection Stages

NXTHAUL conducts inspections at key stages of the production and export process:

• Pre-Production Inspection (PPI):
  Confirms raw materials, production setup, and design accuracy before manufacturing begins.

• In-Line Production Inspection (DUPRO):
  Ensures quality consistency during production and identifies early-stage defects.

• Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI):
  Final check on quantity, packaging, labeling, and conformity before shipment.

• Container Loading Inspection (CLI):
  Supervises container loading to confirm correct quantities, packaging integrity, and labeling accuracy.

4. Third-Party Inspections

Clients may appoint an independent third-party inspection agency at their own cost.
NXTHAUL will cooperate fully and provide all necessary access and documentation to facilitate this process.

5. Compliance and Certification

We ensure all products and processes comply with:

• International standards: CE, ISO, FCC, FDA (where applicable)

• Client-specific compliance requests

• Export and customs regulations under Mainland China law

Certificates or test reports can be provided upon request for verified products.

6. Non-Conformity Handling

If an inspection reveals a quality issue, NXTHAUL will:

1. Notify the client immediately.

2. Halt shipment until corrective actions are completed.

3. Conduct re-inspection before final release.

All non-conformities are documented for accountability and continuous improvement.

7. Product Warranty

NXTHAUL offers a 90-day warranty on goods against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated in the Sales Contract.
Warranty coverage does not extend to misuse, mishandling, or post-delivery storage issues.

8. Continuous Improvement

We continuously review supplier performance and inspection results to maintain the highest level of product reliability and client satisfaction.
