1. Overview

At NXTHAUL Import & Export Co., Ltd, we stand behind the quality and accuracy of every order we manage.
While wholesale and custom-manufactured goods are generally non-returnable, we offer fair and structured solutions for issues related to quality, quantity, or order discrepancies.


2. Reporting an Issue

Clients must report any issue related to product quality, quantity, or damage within 30 days of receiving the goods.
All reports must include:

  • Purchase Order (PO) or Invoice number

  • Photos or videos of the product issue

  • A written description outlining the nature of the defect or discrepancy

3. Evaluation Process

Upon receiving your claim, NXTHAUL will:

  1. Review all documentation and evidence provided.

  2. Conduct internal verification with the factory and quality control team.

  3. Offer a resolution within 7–10 business days after claim submission.


4. Approved Resolutions

Depending on the findings, NXTHAUL may offer one or more of the following remedies:

  • Replacement: New goods will be produced and shipped to correct the issue.

  • Partial Refund: Compensation based on the verified value of affected goods.

  • Credit Note: Value applied toward the client’s next confirmed order.

Full refunds are not issued for wholesale, OEM, or custom production orders unless deemed appropriate by NXTHAUL’s management.


5. Non-Eligible Cases

Claims will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The issue arises from misuse, improper storage, or transport after delivery.

  • The buyer provided inaccurate specifications or artwork files.

  • Delays caused by customs, logistics, or third-party freight agents.

  • Goods altered or used before inspection.


6. Dispute Resolution

NXTHAUL encourages direct resolution through transparent communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, both parties agree to submit the case to the People’s Court of Mainland China for final arbitration.


7. Return Logistics (When Applicable)

In rare cases where a physical return is required, NXTHAUL will provide the authorized return address and instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
