NXTHAUL Import & Export Management LLC (“NXTHAUL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides international trade support services, including verification, brokerage support, documentation review, and transaction oversight. NXTHAUL does not manufacture, own, or take title to goods involved in any transaction.
This policy outlines how claims and disputes related to transactions supported by NXTHAUL are reported, reviewed, and addressed.
International trade involves multiple parties, documents, and jurisdictions. This policy establishes a clear and structured process for handling disputes and claims based on verified information, contractual responsibility, and documented evidence.
Our objective is to support fair resolution while maintaining transparency and accountability.
Any issue related to a transaction supported by NXTHAUL must be reported within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery or receipt of goods.
All claims must include:
Relevant Purchase Order, Invoice, or Contract reference
Clear photo or video evidence supporting the claim
A written explanation describing the issue or discrepancy
Claims must be submitted to: sales@nxthaulwholesale.com
Claims submitted outside this timeframe or without sufficient documentation may be declined.
Upon receipt of a complete claim, NXTHAUL will:
Review submitted documentation and evidence
Assess the issue against the agreed transaction structure and scope of services
Coordinate with relevant suppliers, inspectors, or logistics parties where applicable
An initial assessment or response is typically provided within 7–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the issue.
Where responsibility is clearly established and supported by evidence, NXTHAUL may assist in coordinating one of the following outcomes:
Replacement or corrective action facilitated with the responsible party
Partial compensation or adjustment, where contractually applicable
Credit or adjustment toward a future confirmed transaction
NXTHAUL does not guarantee refunds or replacements, as final outcomes depend on contractual terms and third-party responsibility.
Claims will not be accepted where issues result from:
Improper handling, storage, or use after delivery
Incorrect specifications, instructions, or materials provided by the client
Delays, holds, or losses caused by customs authorities or third-party logistics providers
Goods altered, resold, or used before inspection
Matters outside the scope of NXTHAUL’s agreed services
NXTHAUL encourages disputes to be resolved through direct communication and documented review.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree that:
The dispute shall be governed by the laws applicable to NXTHAUL Import & Export Management LLC
Legal proceedings shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction as specified in the applicable engagement or service agreement
No alternative jurisdiction applies unless expressly agreed in writing.
NXTHAUL does not accept physical returns unless:
Explicitly authorized in writing
Required as part of an agreed corrective action
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
NXTHAUL’s role is limited to verification, coordination, and transaction oversight. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects, supplier performance, or logistics execution beyond the scope of our engagement.
