NXTHAUL Import & Export Management LLC (“NXTHAUL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides international trade support services, including verification, brokerage support, documentation review, and transaction oversight. NXTHAUL does not manufacture, own, or take title to goods involved in any transaction.

This policy outlines how claims and disputes related to transactions supported by NXTHAUL are reported, reviewed, and addressed.

1. Purpose of This Policy

International trade involves multiple parties, documents, and jurisdictions. This policy establishes a clear and structured process for handling disputes and claims based on verified information, contractual responsibility, and documented evidence.

Our objective is to support fair resolution while maintaining transparency and accountability.

2. Reporting an Issue

Any issue related to a transaction supported by NXTHAUL must be reported within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery or receipt of goods.

All claims must include:

  • Relevant Purchase Order, Invoice, or Contract reference

  • Clear photo or video evidence supporting the claim

  • A written explanation describing the issue or discrepancy

Claims must be submitted to:
📧 sales@nxthaulwholesale.com

Claims submitted outside this timeframe or without sufficient documentation may be declined.

3. Claim Review and Assessment

Upon receipt of a complete claim, NXTHAUL will:

  • Review submitted documentation and evidence

  • Assess the issue against the agreed transaction structure and scope of services

  • Coordinate with relevant suppliers, inspectors, or logistics parties where applicable

An initial assessment or response is typically provided within 7–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the issue.

4. Resolution Outcomes

Where responsibility is clearly established and supported by evidence, NXTHAUL may assist in coordinating one of the following outcomes:

  • Replacement or corrective action facilitated with the responsible party

  • Partial compensation or adjustment, where contractually applicable

  • Credit or adjustment toward a future confirmed transaction

NXTHAUL does not guarantee refunds or replacements, as final outcomes depend on contractual terms and third-party responsibility.

5. Non-Eligible Claims

Claims will not be accepted where issues result from:

  • Improper handling, storage, or use after delivery

  • Incorrect specifications, instructions, or materials provided by the client

  • Delays, holds, or losses caused by customs authorities or third-party logistics providers

  • Goods altered, resold, or used before inspection

  • Matters outside the scope of NXTHAUL’s agreed services

6. Dispute Resolution

NXTHAUL encourages disputes to be resolved through direct communication and documented review.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree that:

  • The dispute shall be governed by the laws applicable to NXTHAUL Import & Export Management LLC

  • Legal proceedings shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction as specified in the applicable engagement or service agreement

No alternative jurisdiction applies unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Returns (When Applicable)

NXTHAUL does not accept physical returns unless:

  • Explicitly authorized in writing

  • Required as part of an agreed corrective action

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

8. Limitation of Responsibility

NXTHAUL’s role is limited to verification, coordination, and transaction oversight. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects, supplier performance, or logistics execution beyond the scope of our engagement.
