Fee: 10% of Total Production Value (TPV)
(Minimum project value: USD 30,000)
After your consultation and project approval, NXTHAUL begins factory research by contacting verified manufacturers, collecting quotes, and coordinating samples to create your final Sourcing & Quotation Report.
A 10% TPV deposit is required to begin, paid to AEGIS ECOM LLC via Chase Bank or PayPal.
This payment covers sourcing and due diligence, is non refundable, and is credited toward your 30% production deposit if you continue with manufacturing through NXTHAUL.
Payment: 30% of TPV minus the 10% credit from Step 1
Once you approve the sourcing report, NXTHAUL manages the entire production process from material sourcing and factory coordination to packaging and quality control.
Our on ground team ensures timelines are met and products meet your agreed specifications.
Includes: Production oversight, sample approval, packaging coordination, and live status updates.
Payment: 70% of TPV as agreed.
After production, NXTHAUL conducts a complete quality inspection and prepares all export documentation, including the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificates of Origin or Compliance where required.
As agreed in your Sales Contract, the 70% balance payment is released according to the selected Incoterm, whether prior to shipment or upon arrival at the destination port.
Once confirmed, your goods are cleared for delivery and handled through our trusted logistics partners.
