Payment & Transaction Policy

1. Overview

NXTHAUL operates on a service-based engagement model. Payments made to NXTHAUL relate strictly to professional services, verification work, coordination, and oversight provided under an agreed scope.

This policy exists to ensure transparency, accountability, and clarity before any financial commitment is made.

2. Engagement Fees & Service Payments

NXTHAUL may charge one or more of the following, depending on the scope of engagement:

• Initial engagement or commitment fee

• Verification or due diligence fees

• Transaction oversight or brokerage support fees

• Extended or 360 support fees, where applicable

All fees:

• Are agreed in writing before work begins

• Reflect the scope and complexity of services

• Are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed

NXTHAUL does not begin verification, introductions, or on-site work until the applicable engagement fee is received.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

NXTHAUL accepts payments through verified and secure business channels communicated directly by NXTHAUL.

Accepted methods may include:

• International bank transfer (wire / TT)

• Approved corporate payment platforms

• Other methods agreed in writing for specific engagements

Payment instructions are issued only via official NXTHAUL communication channels.
NXTHAUL is not responsible for payments sent to unauthorized accounts or third parties.

4. Payment Timing & Milestones

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Engagement fees are due before services commence

• Ongoing or extended services may require milestone-based payments

• Late or incomplete payments may delay or suspend services

NXTHAUL reserves the right to pause or terminate services if payment terms are not met.

5. Invoicing & Documentation

NXTHAUL provides clear invoices that may include:

• Description of services

• Agreed fee amounts

• Payment instructions

• Due dates and reference details

Invoices relate only to NXTHAUL’s services, not the value of goods traded between clients and third parties.

6. Currency & Fees

Payments may be accepted in commonly used trade currencies, as agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Bank fees, transfer charges, and currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the payer

• NXTHAUL invoices reflect service fees only

7. Refunds & Adjustments

Service fees are generally non-refundable, as they relate to time, expertise, and resources allocated once engagement begins.

Refunds or fee adjustments may be considered only where:

• Services have not yet commenced, and

• NXTHAUL agrees in writing that a refund is appropriate

No refunds apply once verification, coordination, or oversight work has started.

8. Fraud Prevention & Verification

To protect all parties:

• Payment details are issued only through official NXTHAUL channels

• NXTHAUL does not accept payments via personal accounts or unauthorized intermediaries

• Clients are responsible for verifying payment instructions before transfer

NXTHAUL will not be liable for losses resulting from third-party fraud or misdirected payments outside its control.

9. Financial Confidentiality

All payment information, invoices, and financial records are handled confidentially and used solely for:

• Accounting and recordkeeping

• Compliance and audit purposes

• Contractual enforcement, where necessary

10. Governing Terms

This policy must be read together with:

• NXTHAUL’s Terms of Service or Engagement Agreement

• Any written agreement specific to the transaction or engagement

In case of conflict, the written engagement agreement prevails.
